Paytoza debited my account with R99.99. I have contacted them and they are supposedly a call centre who market discount cards to customers. I have not applied for these services and according to their system it was a capture error and my account number was captured instead of another clients account number, but yet they send it through to Naedo Debit Systems who does not check the account against the name and just debit regardless of the incorrect details. How easy is it to debit your account for anything because of their incompetence. I demanded a email stating that this was done in error and that Jenna Ranbaran would correct this on their system and also correct it with Neado. I reversed the money back into my account and also done a stop order.
