I have to commend Lesley Kurucz for her immediate reply to this matter and I also have to commend Mr. Franscois Vorster for resolving the problem efficiently and effortlessly.
Thank You guys. As a business owner myself, CUSTOMER SERVICE is 50% of the success of my business and plays that important a roll.
I received my items and was explained about the price differences, but the main item causing the issue, was supplied as stated in the catalogue. Now I have the NEW CATALOGUES and hope to continue working with Waltons.
