An Eskom technician come to my girlfriend house in a very rude manner and harassed her. This technician accused my girlfriends grandmother of illegally connecting electricity. He then proceeded to take the circuit breaker in the Eskom box outside the yard. So my partner's grandmother now sits without electricity, can some please go assist the elderly woman, the address 560 Kgaoganong Street, Kagiso 1. And I want this rude technician to be dealt with severly, he can just rock up in someone's house and become rude in this manner. He said his name is Elvis, driving an Eskom van with registration BH 28 N7 GP. He was totally rude and desrespectful and to think that he was addressing elderly people like this, I am utterly disgusted at this level of service. Please help as soon as possible.
