I purchased an anthracite heater and within the 3 days the glass panel had come loose. I reported this an Beckers and was advise how to fix it temporarily which sounded simple enough, however my skills in trying to fix resutled in the glass panle breaking. I subsequently reported this to Beckers and they came out as scheduled to replace the glass and fix it in correctly, with no added cost to me. Great after sales service and I would recommend them to anyone
