I decided to get micro ring extensions done, as I had these done before with no problems on hand.
I booked a consultation at Glamour Hair. On arrival I already got a rude comment thrown at me when I stated "Hi, im here to see Jenny is she available" followed by the madam herself "Do you see anyone else here! ". The consultation took approx 5 min my hair was looked at for 30 secs, and touched briefly. Unprofessional and careless.
When the extensions were put in my hair was tugged and pulled. I had to numerously ask the lady to be more gentle. The micro beading extension were connected till nearly the crown of my head. Which I already seemed odd as I knew from my previous experience with a well established salon I worked for, may never be attached above the ear.
Needless to say I had to come back 2 days later to get them set down as they were visible.
A week later I had to get them removed as they started falling out and sliding out of their loops pulling my hair etc. My hair was tugged and pulled once again with no customer care whatsoever.
As I left Jenny rudely greeted me as I said Hi walking out as she knew I was not happy. No apology, no compensation, nothing.
