I am C.J. Hattingh. I have started claiming UIF since March 2013. I have only received 4 payments. After inquiry about the rest of the money, they only said that the money is finished. A lady by the name of Suzan said to me that she will find out what the problem is. After phoning her a couple of times, it appears that, either she did not or could not find out what the problem is. But I can not get any definite answer.
UIF supplies no documentation whatsoever to state what the status of payment at any given time is. I will appreciate some help in this regard.
