Ad qualityand bad customer service

We bought Marcus sofas, we saw them then we started making cash deposits of R16700.00 delivery amount included. When we finished paying the sofas we went to the shop and other customer unfortunately returned the same sofas we bought due to bad quality and they were peeling off, we told our sales person that we don't want the sofas anymore and we need a refund of full amount because there was no paperwork[admin] that was done, but we were told that we are going to be charged 10% for cancelling the purchase, i fail to understand why we were charged. the manager there said he will negotiate for us to be refunded full amount but that never happened. how can such a big company take such a lot of money from us it's not like we have the money we had to make a loan in order to be able to buy the sofas, being the breadwinner of the family its really tough and to be treated like that it is not fair at all. we urge you to help us get the R1670.00 that was taken from the money. I understand there might be policies and procedures followed but as a valued customer of Winston i deserve to be treated fair. for more ref you can check on acc/ref 7325 we bought a Jelly E/unit paid up and delivered.
