Response and turnaround time to efficient repairs

The Toshiba copier / printer which we have on contract with Formula 1 has frequently jammed and small movable parts were being damaged or broken. Call out response from technician Vlad was always polite and helpful but problems persisted. In a courtesy call from Anthony, we explained the problem and he then arranged for the machine to be taken into their workshops for a complete overall. He also arranged for a loan unit so that our daily routine would not be unduly interrupted. When the machine was returned the software had been updated and this then called for some upgrading of the machine and our linked computer. We then had printing and scanning problems and Vlad the technician was tested to correct the problem. This he did with efficiency and even took the machine into Toshiba's workshop to get the scanning facility to function. He remained professional at all times and his undertakings and promises were all fulfilled. He is a benefit to the good name of Formula 1 Technologies and the intervention by Anthony gives assurance that management is prepared to become involved, even for the small customer.
