We bought a black Opel Corsa Sport at Formula Autos the end of August and I experienced some problems with the car as it didn't' feel very stable on the road after I collected it. I tested the car and also asked a few people to test for me and we all felt the same problems. I eventually called them and took the car in, only to be directed to Tyre Mart to check the car. The man at Tyre Mart took the car for a quick test drive around the circle and told me that everything was okay. I asked if he was sure and he said yes.
Thereafter, I sent an e-mail to Formula Autos and received a very stroppy response that this falls out of their warranty, yet no-one offered to check my concerns first and I was just dismissed. I refused to reply to the e-mail.
The car has since had a service and it happened that I was lucky to be driving today as the wheel bearings were worn all this time. Can Formula Autos really be that desperate for money, for them to sell broken cars to people? This is really disgusting. I was involved in a MVA not long ago and this could have caused me to be in an accident again. I really would not recommend them, as their after sales service is very bad...
