I do not have a credit facilioty with Avon so I pay for my orders when placing them. Hence I rely on the order being delivered so I can deliver to my clients and get my money back. I received a sms yesterday at 07h19 that reads my order is with a driver. Ny 15h30 yesterday I called to track the parcel and the call centre COULD NOT TRACK IT and said its with the courier. Its more than 24 hours after that sms and still no delivery. I am on the verge of requesting a refund as I have clients waiting and I need that money.
