I purchased a groupon and booked an appointment for now, august. now, i am trying to contact them but nobody answers the phones or emails. Both phone numbers go to voicemail. What a rip off! But from other posts, i see that the place is terrible, and now i cant get my groupon back because its already redeemed. Upon contacting the lakes hotel, they say the spa is no longer on their premises. They have moved, leaving no contact details. A complete rip off. I just threw my money away!
