Dear Messer's Hello Peter,
o I purchased a GROUPON promo for a SPA treatment and stay over at Misty Hills Misty Hills hotel/spa for two adults.
o Upon making payment and emailing such to both the Misty Hills hotel/spa and GROUPON SA customer care, I proceeded to attempt making the booking.
o I initially booked for a weekend which was outside the GROUPON SA rules so I duly requested an alternate; I was told the Misty Hills hotel/spa was fully booked on this date and duly requested yet another date - this date too was fully booked. "Third Strike" and I was out.
o Out of sheer frustration with the company handling the bookings for Misty Hills hotel/spa I then made contact with GROUPON SA to have my money refunded.
o This was 7 emails and two weeks back; I still have yet to receive my refund despite having sent the details of the promo and proof to GROUPON SA as they allegedly were incapable of ascertaining what I had purchased despite having a log in and customer details and their respective transactions (FAIL)?
o I also gave fair warning on two emails to GROUPON SA advising them of my intentions to place them on Hello Peter... this tactic has fallen on deaf ears.
Poor form.
