A friend introduced me to Lyoness cash back programme in June 2013 (has various retail partners) and I was interested in the Pick n Pay card as I shop there quite often. I felt I should start off with the cash back programme so I could familiarise myself with the programme before delving into a higher status and investing large amounts of cash. All went well the first time I loaded the card, I was able to shop at Pick n Pay with no hassles at all. In July I introcuced my mother to this programme and topped up both my card and my moms card with a total amount of R 700.00. To date I am stil unable to use my Lyoness card as the balance on my cards have not been updated. I contacted Pick n Pay and they informed me that Pick n Pay is not affiliated to Lynoness and that I need to contact Lyoness to rectify this problem. I have contacted Lyoness numerous times both telephonically and via email and was advised to speak to Cynthia who is never available, I have left messages for her and she never calls back. it is now August and I'm still battling to sort this out. I am really not impressed with this programme at all.
