I joined Lyoness because it seemed like a perfect fundraising opportunity for the charity I work with.
I have invested as a premier member so show my commitment. But since day 1 I have experienced problems. Funds not being allocated. Delays in allocation, no response to emails, phone calls etc. Only after using other contacts am I getting responses. Suppliers who were listed no longer on the list. Conditions originally offered, no longer applicable.
And most alarming of all, money I invested now unobtainable due to clauses in contract never communicated to me and also in complete opposite to what was communicated! I understand that many groups and people in need are making good returns, but I am seriously alarmed by my experience.
My question - is there anyone at Lyoness who can solve my problem and answer my questions and return my investment - in vouchers as agreed upon??!!!
