I did lessons with TKC Driving School and the quality of the service I received from my driving instructor was beyond poor. There was no structure to the lessons and no assessment done at the end of the 10 sessions and my instructor didn't even finish my lessons.
On Monday this week I decided to go and re-register with the hope that the second time round would be better as I would request another instructor. I subsequently learned that the information given to me by the driving school lady who assisted me on Monday was incorrect and confirmed it with 2 other people at the establishment.
When I called to complain today and end the relationship and request a refund, the gentleman who claimed ownership of the company but wouldn't give me his full names, only Mashudu told me that it is not company policy to get my money back.
I fail to see how I can be expected to continue with this company when their service is questionable. I wonder if they are operating legally at all?
