I purchased a secondhand popcorn machine from the above mentioned. On starting up the machine failed to work. After numerous telephone calls the owner came to my home to rectify the problem. He could not fix the machine, which has a 6 month written warranty. It was mutually agreed that the seller would take the machine back and refund the R2000.00 that was paid for it. This refund would have been paid by Thursday 25 August 2013. Once again, after numerous telephone calls to the given tel numbers, the owner does not answer or responds to any messages left. This situation is a no, no!
