I ordered a parcel from the UK, the parcel was sent and according to Royal Mails website it arrived in South Africa and was handed over to South Africa Postal Service. When I phoned JHB Mail Center on the 2013-07-22 11:30 the lady said she can see on the system the parcel has arrived at JHB they are just waiting for it. The same happened on 2013-07-26 10:18 a different lady told me the same thing (I have sent these voice recording to JHB Mail Center and Customer Care). Now when I phone they say there is no trace that this parcel was ever sent, I have phoned JHB Mail Center, I have sent them Emails, I have emailed South Africa Postal Service Customer Care, they tell me the same thing. How can the parcel just dissapear, this is really bad service. I keep on phoning JHB Mail center but after holding for 8minutes the line just disconnects.
