I've been trying to trace a parcel over a week.
The notes on the post office website state that I could not be reached since November 2012 but have not had any communication whatsover from them. Having taken action with the shipper s assistance, Pretoria GPO was apparently offline when I went to check my parcel.
Now I have been able to trace the parcel on my own, JHB Int Mail centre hub is not contactable the phone just rings and unanswered.
I need my parcel and action to be taken urgently as I cannot afford the parcel to be returned to the shipper.
