10 Jan, mailed to say no delivery (Colin)
Reply: Sold out due to high order vol. New stock came and "I guess u have received your delivery."
My reply: NO, that is why I mailed you! (It would help if they actually read a mail before responding!)
Reply: "Busy following on that. Let u know."
Now well after close of business with the weekend ahead and no further word from First Tech.
The matter still unresolved, who knows for how long.
Excuses are easy: Closed for X-mas (nothing on link, in correspondence or upon payment). No stock (though site and Elbert confirmed). What next? 21 days after taking my money I am less amused!
