I sent the same documentation to Experian and another prominent credit bureau and they had to perform the same function in verifying the amendment with the Department of Home Affairs.
Alright so the other bureau done it within 3 weeks but ofcourse I afforded Experian the time they indicated it would take them to verify. But my follow up emails has had no responses.
