3 months sold the same line

I wrote to Experian on the 19th March 2013 about the default that was registered on my name by University of Pretoria. I supplied Experian with the details of the settlement I have from University of Pretoria for them to remove the default on my name, after i learned that it was still on my name with Experian but not Transunion.

What followed was a comical pass the buck spectacle i've never experienced before. Each time i ask Experian Consumer Department about this, they say the Judgment Department is still busy - and has been for the past 3 months. This is unacceptable as this judgment is impeding my ability to receive credit for important things.
