2.5 months ago I visited a reputable salon regarding my acne problem. I am 23 so I should be over suffering with this. The Nimue skin care range was recommended to me. The therapist said she was so confident with these products that she could virtually guarantee at least a 30% improvement in the first month, a 70% improvement after the 2nd and a near total clearing of my skin in 3 months. The facials i had were the Rejuvenating facial (first two sessions) followed by 3 bi-monthly TCA peels. The take home products i have are the Cleanser, Conditioner, Exfoliating enzyme, Purifier cream, Active lotion, Moisturiser Light and the sun lotion. I was also told to not use any other product on my face whatsoever as it would interfere with the workings of these products.
3 months down the line (and over R6k later) and my skin is no better than before, despite following instructions to a t. I may as well have washed my face with water and flushed my money down the loo! It is not only the breakouts i get on my cheeks but also the whiteheads on my chin that are ever present and if anything the texture of my cheeks is lumpier than before. Don't waste ur money on this range!
