IGNORING QUERY AND DAYLIGHT ROBERRY

Good Day
This complaint is for credit clear who promised to help assisting with clearing my name but the consultant failed to advise me on the eligibilty criteria on applying for their service and now that i found i am not eligible for the services they are blatantly ignoring my request for a refund of R1500.00 They are havent come back to me and i forwarded an email to the managers email X3 and no response but to debit my account they know when to do, i would not have given them my banking details if their script included their eligibility criteria which was not mentioned to me. I am considering legal action but i am hoping in good faith Credit clear will re-imburse my full amount to avoid any further action taken from me as this is daylight and oh please take your consultants for customer service training, they have no proper manner of speaking to clients.
