Bad service from Mima south africa

Tried contacting mima in pretoria on monday (12/8/13). After several attempts finally got through, spoke to a gentleman named Hein. Asked him where the showroom was but he said he would get a sales agent to come to my place to show me their product.
Had an appointment for 13/8/13 at 2pm. Received a call at 1:40pm informing me that agent would not be able to make it due to her running late (and with me having a later appointment) and asked to postpone until following day at 2pm. Next day at 2:20 still no sales rep so called to query. I received a feeble excuse via sms that the sales agent (wendy) had hit a pothole and was awaiting assistance. Further to that they they will update. Didn't hear from them the rest of the day. I called them this morning (15/8/13) and said I'd contact Hello Peter. Received a call later today with another reason, not the pothole story.

Very poor sales service and as a result i've gone over and bought a stokke plus isofix car seat.
Was afraid if their sales service was of this standard then shuddered to think what the after sales would be like.
