Dont buy Ergorest Products!

I purchased an Ergorest Memory Foam King size Extra Length Mattress late Dec last year. The right hand corner of the bed is busy caving in and lost all support and I sent an email to enquire. I get a response telling me it has been forwarded. Fine. I hear nothing after a few days and send another email. Get an unsatisfactory response saying it has been sent off again. Basically after me following up constantly they have come back to me saying I need to absorb courier costs to send the faulty bed back to them from JHB to PE at my own expense. And any damages are at my own risk? is this? The response from them was
"Hi Bryce,
Thank you for all the info you supplied us with regarding your mattress
We would definitely need to get the mattress back to us for closer inspection and assessment. Once inspected and assessed we will either repair or replace the mattress under warranty and send back to you at our cost

Please could you send the mattress back to us to the following address: " Don't tell me WE need to get it back and then tell me I must pay for courier charges. This is disgusting service nevermind the length of time this will take and im with NO BED if I send it over 700km's
