I ordered a lounge suite off bidorbuy from a to z Wholesalers. I payed R29000 for it in full as requested by Adrian Roe. I waited for four weeks and when it arrived it was full off defects and looked nothing like the picture advertised. The stitching was pulling loose, there were bulges out the back of the suite, all the cushions were different sizes, & it was made from two different types of material. They then promised us another one which arrived 3 weeks later. This one still had bulges out the back of the suite, the cushions didnt sit right, & it was made smaller than the first one. I sent it back immediately with the driver & called the manufacturer to tell him that I would like a refund. Over the next ten days I got numeruous emails telling me that they will not be refunding me my money. He said I can go to the police but they'll tell me that its a civil matter. He then proceeded to tell me if I get a lawyer, he'll just say that he doesn't have the money. I see this matter having to go to court. Please dont do business with this company.
