I live on a plot in Muldersdrift. There are 3 houses on the property. Last year my electricity was switched off and clamped inside the orange power supply box to my property; with a Final Demand note in my post-box at the gate, stating that I am R10 000 in arrears on my account. I phoned Eskom and asked what was going on, because I pay my account on time every month. After a lengthy process the apologised for the Meter Reader making the mistake when he read the meter in the box. It took Eskom seven days to switch the power to my property back on, after I was without electricity for 13 days in total. I think it is totally unacceptable. Thank you ESKOM.
