Bad service from Trailerent (pty)

I sent an email asking about renting a trailer that would be suitable for my VW Golf, going from Jhb to Cape Town. And this is the response I got :

''Please be advised that we don't send our closed trailer to Cape Town and your vehicle is too small to pull a trailer.''
