I booked a trailer in June for our sept trip to the Kruger national park. I checked twice that the booking was ok and the office hours. When I went to collect it the day before we were due to depart, the depot was closed, at 16h00. The office hours are 8 to 17h00. Fortunately at the last minute borrowed one from a friend, otherwise 5 nights Kruger booking, 3 air tickets for cape town visitors would have been lost. Trailer city has not responded to calls or emails. We should have learned our lesson, having had a previous bad experience
