I had cancelled this service and was informed the last d/order would be in June 2013, on the 25/07/13 a debit order was taken from my account according to me this d/order is not authorised as my agreement with you ended in June already. I called the client services dept and all I got was excuses and unwillingness to assist. When your people sell this service you have your overly friendly consultants to help us sign up for this when its time to part ways all one gets is a blame game and constant transfers when all i want is for my d/order of R195.00 to be reversed back into my account. Surely this is not so difficult when i've been assured by two consultants that i'd get my money by today (02/08/13) and still that has not happened. I'm not pleased and all i ask for is my money. Before i find other alternatives to action my right to my hard earned money which should not be in your possession as i've never even used your service.
