Following the previous two complaints on this is the 3rd strike.
When we ordered a printer from Rob in Oct / Nov 2012 it was told to us that the printer was hardly used by the previous owner - 7hrs a week for a year, making the machine pretty much new and in good nick. New heads, perfect chassis and not a scratch. (This is what we actually received...) A printer that rolled 360deg in the truck with both legs ripped off, all the panels broken and cracked, BL/CY head dodge, missing and broken rollers, no software, no drivers, no cables, no manuals and no warranty.
So just to sum this all up - DO NOT contact Rob Hurd from Printer Guru, avoid the website (as it has been downgraded to show nothing but a contact page), If you have purchased anything from him, don't try and contact him as he does not reply to phone calls once he's got your number, he won't return emails and he sure as won't refund you any money or fix his mistakes. AND DO NOT ask him for drivers or software because he will pull out one of his holiday DVD's from the car with photo's, give that to you and drive off. Damages to printer est R16, 000. Paid R89, 000. Received no feedback or correspondence.
