I have been awaiting my Unisa study material from the South African Post Office. I tried calling their customer line on 0860 111 502 twice, once on 31 July 2013 & again on 2 August 2013. On both occassions I held on listening to a recording for more then 10 minutes before I gave up and put the phone down. How exactly are we supposed to get assistance if nobody answers the phone?
