Firstly study material was delivery to Durban instead of Phoenix. on going to the post office, found out that the tracking number and dispatch code, had my details but the study material was for some else with a totally diff-rent course, have tried to contact unisa telephonic ally, no one answers the phone.have send email, but i font think they understand, as they reply and say my study material is at the post office. sent email requesting a contable telephone number, still no response.unisa has such high student fees but when it comes to service, they are pathetic.this is quite a frustrating situation as you cannot even get old of any person at the Pretoria numbers. do they even have staff working and what are they doing
