Interacted with Pam on 26/07 and I must say I was pleasantly surprised that my query was resolved without me having to call the call centre over and over again. In toady's service environment it was really refreshing speaking to someone who did exactly what they promised and in the time frame committed to. She is an asset to her organisation.
