Please address the issue of bins getting broken by your collection vehicles. I have reported the matter to your call centre and I was told to get an affidavit with details of the incident and fax it back (which was done yesterday). I have also emailed the affidavit with photo's of the damage today. My reference number (supplied by Pikitup) is 8001452483. The date and vehicle registration details are on the affidavit.
