Good Day. We have had an issue with illegal dumping from the building across from ours, Pikitup removes it but this is not a solution, Apparently the building (Bond Street Yeoville) does not have bins and neither is the owner prepared to supply them with bins, They dump there garbage on the street corner which also includes broken glass, This is extremely dangerous as young kids play in that area, This has to be dealt with, A fine as well as getting the owner to supply bins is required, We have reported this before but no one seems interested in doing anything about it. Please help
