I called in the Westbank legal/insurance specialised department, and was assisted by the lady called, Neo Mogoba.
The attitude and communication was great, and I'm really impressed by her customer service and sense of responsibility.
I wish we could all have the same quality of customer service in SA, this would defenately contribute towards our economy as a whole.
