My GHD styler decided to call it quits on me this week, and I was horrified. I can't imagine life without it;-(, and although I believe it may still be under warranty, I no longer have the slip, and the white tag on the chord is missing. I contacted the service centre via email, and was informed that it would not be repaired. Athough I accept that this is standard GDH terms, I am a bit disappointed in the level of service, since this is the 3rd GHD I have owned, and gave one to a friend as a gift as well. I hardly think that the level of service customers are getting is acceptable, considering the cost of one of these stylers.
