My career affected lack of accuracy

I chose to take a student loan in order to advance myself as young South African and wentbtonstandard bank to open an account and ensured that all my details are supplied and the bank decided not to debit my account i decided to contact the call call centre after a lot of calls that and messages left at home and up to now the matter is not resolved I am still getting the same calls, advising how I am not paying my account.all my creditors get paid every single month without any default.i can't seem to focus on my work and my studies because someone did not do her job and ensure that all my correct details are captured.should fail my Bcom 2 second semester due the stress that standard bank is causing in my life I will never forget the service and the level of threat they are posing to my career and my studies.and should the matter not be resolve I will keep wondering that is this the level of service mohau phaswane and Sim Tshabalala drive to achieve in their overall objectives.imam not the only client standard bank has but my 0.5 cent makes a difference me the assistance that the bank gave made me want to be a life time customer if this ain't solved i will never again do business
