I applied for a settlement visa In the UK as my husband is British and want to return to him ASAP so we chose to go through an agency and settled on Global Visas. Crystal was assigned as my case worker. We started off a bit shaky due to a communication misunderstanding but once that was resolved I have been happy with the service and communication I have received from Crystal. She has been very helpful and informative. She is friendly and easy to work with. I have my visa appointment in a few days and I'm hoping for the best and a speedy, positive response.
