It is one year now that we have dealt with this store. The product that we bought was that one out of many with all the problems. We initially spend more than R65 000 rand at the store and showed immense understanding of their problems and excuses and even spend a further R 6 000 plus.
Our complaint today is that even though they acknowledge the complaints set to them and that every time the staff promise to get back to us, they never did. We had to contact them again, and again.
The owner responded once in an e-mail and apologised for the inconvenience caused and promised that they will contact us personally to see how they can change our unfortunate experience with the company. We are sad to say that it is a month later and it never happened.
