After i logged a complaint on the 19th of this month, I received a call from the manager who told me she was going to investigate and come back to me 2 days after, is the way that clients must be treated? are we being taken for granted or what, this is not a game, the service that you are offering, we pay money to get good quality food, but then again we acknowledge that anything can go wrong, but the problems comes when a manager also is not keeping her promise, this is really bad
