They deducted double premiums two months in a row for my cellphone contract. I have been trying
for more than a week just to get feedback never mind getting my money back. Then in June when
I upgraded to a blackberry the ad that they send me to upgrade included BBM services
then when my BBM did not work I got informed that it was not included in the contract. The contract price on the advertisement for the phone was R 449 and when they deducted the payment it was R569. They hardly ever answer their call center phones and if you do get through you always get told everyone are busy on the lines. If you do speak to someone that bothers to look at your account all they tell you is they will phone your back but they never do.
