I phoned the Caterweb sales department on 16/7/2013 and was asked to leave a message, within a few minutes my call was returned (already a big surprise but only a sign of great service to come). The item I was looking for was in stock and the admin formalities were dispensed with efficiently the same day.
Today I have already received feedback regarding the order and now await delivery.
Taking into account that this once off, small item being purchased is inconsequential to their sales figures/profit margins, should they have chosen to ignore my request or if they gave bad service, it would not have damaged their profit/company in any way. This indicates how professional they are and how they must most certainly treat ALL their regular clients as well.
Thanks for excellent service and I truly hope some recognition can come through this compliment!!! Management should know what great people they employ and ensure they keep them!!!
