I would like to compliment two staff members at your Canal Walk branch. I recently purchased an item there and had some trouble with delivery.
First of all the sales assistance from Dean was excellent. Really friendly and courteous and definitely went the extra mile to ensure that my Fianc? and I were made to feel appreciated.
Secondly prior to the slip up with delivery Dean was once again my contact person. I was definitely frustrated with the process as no one could seem to tell me why I was not getting my purchased item delivered to me on the confirmed date. If it hadn't been for Dean's understanding and patient approach I surely would have taken this matter further.
I am pleased to say that Dean did a great job both prior and post sale. I really would like him to get recognition for his efforts because I can guarantee you that he is definitely making a difference for you guys.
