Utterly disappointed

Around 19 September 2013 I managed to source a Honda Prelude cylinder head for one of my colleagues from Westside Honda Spares. I received the wrong cylinder head from them and that is after providing all possible VIN / engine numbers, car model etc. to July and Nadz. The same day I spoke with July and informed him that the head we received was incorrect and he said to send it back and he will have a look, I did so exactly. A few days later I called July and he said that they will give us a credit note, a Credit NOTE?? The car was already broken down and the credit note will definitely not assist with purchasing a cylinder head at any other dealer. We were informed that they will see if they could get us the right head, within 21 days. To make a long story short, this issue is still not resolved, after 74 DAYS and after numerous calls and emails correspondence to July and Ozy. How can one call this customer service? What does one need to do just to get either the correct parts or your money back? Maybe this should be a lesson to everyone dealing with Westside Honda / Audi / VW Spares.
