I had my car serviced at car service city yesterday. I only realized at home that I was only charged for 4 spark plugs when my car is a 5 cylinder and has 5 spark plugs. I called the next day only to be told my car is a 4 cylinder and has 4 plugs. I called volvo and gave my car's vin number and was immmediately told I drive a 2.4i, 5cylinder. I called the garage again and ended up having a fight because samson refuses to believe my car is a 5 cylinder. He also said I must bring my car back so he can see for himself when I said I will check at home. Does he really think I will take my car back to a? Everyone beware. If you take your car to car service city close to gautrain in centurion be prepared to to with a straight face and even be argued with when you confront them.
