I was at the salon on 6 July 2013 when I unconsciously took the hairdresser's phone which was a SamsungS3 with a cracked screen. I did not realize that I did this and left. She phoned me on my Samsung Note2, I then realized that I had her phone and immediately went back to return it to her. I waited for 20 minutes & returned the phone. Later on that week I made a payment of R1680; emailed Jacky the proof of payment & apologized again for the phone. This morning I had car trouble and phoned her at 12pm to tell her that I was running late for my appointment. I got there at 12:30pm & because of time restrictions she was unable to do my hair. They then rescheduled my appointment for next week Saturday. I apologized to her for being late & for the phone for which she acknowledged that it was a mistake. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from Jacky saying that "we feel uncomfortable; so we no longer want to do your hair & will refund your 50% deposit". She refused to provide valid reasons and thereafter said her clients feel uncomfortable too. I don't understand what I did & why I was treated this way. I feel insulted, humiliated and disgusted by the way I was treated.
