I recieved a groupon for my birthday of a brazillian blowout and a haircut at the salon. When I arrived the owner assesed my hair and mentioned that I had split ends to wich I replied "yes I know that is why I need the haircut". Her assistant washed my hair and was about to apply the brazillian treatment when I stopped her and asked if she is not going to cut my hair first, to which she just replied "no only after". While I was waitig for the product to develop, the owner had her own hair washed, dried and left the establishedment. When I asked for a third time when my hair would be cut I was infirmed by the assistant (in broken english) that my haior would not be cut as per the owners instructions. I insitited that she call the owner as the groupon included a cut. I was asked to speak to her, when I did I was yelled at, insulted and asked to get out of her salon. I refused to leave and insisited taht she return and supply the service that was paid for, She slammed the phone down in my ear and returend 10 minutes later. Insulting me and asking me what my problem is! She finally butchered my hair left. IT was truly the worst salon I have EVER been to in my life!!!
