I made a payment for last year and this year for the by their due dates. I sent a request that the licence of my holiday home be cancelled as I had sold that property in 2011. The request was not granted, the was instead referred to 3 diferrent debt collectors, whom I have also advised time and time again that the other licence should be cancelled, but intead, you are accumulating penalties and interest on my account
I would like this to be rectified and the monies reversed and proof be sent to me.
